Account data (email, password hash or social sign-in identifiers), the researcher profile you build (name, affiliation, research areas and interests, links), and the content you create in projects.
To operate the platform: matching you with potential co-authors, delivering invitations and notifications, and showing your profile according to your visibility settings (Public, Members only, or Private).
We send transactional email only — verification, password reset, invitations you or collaborators trigger, and claim links for passive profiles. You can disable non-essential notifications in Settings.
Sign-in via Google and ORCID happens directly with those providers; we receive only your basic identity claims. Optional AI features send only the project text you submit to the configured AI provider.
Edit or hide your profile anytime in Settings. Deleting your account removes your sign-in identity; your collaborative contributions remain with your teams, and your profile becomes a private unclaimed record.
